Not quite at burnout but my therapists have definitely pointed out my increasing proximity to it. This week I can respectfully offer a picture of my beautiful black cat, Luca, loafing on my bed. If you’re at burnout or close to it, I hope you have a solid loaf you can hold onto, too <3.
